Bob Miglani is a Management Consultant to organizations who are experiencing Change and desire to Transform and accelerate new opportunities to Grow.

Bob’s experience spans 25+ years in sales, customer service, marketing, business development, strategy, pricing, communications, leadership, global operations and much more.

Bob has worked in many roles in big and small companies – in corporate America at Pfizer Inc. for 23 years to serving as Chief of Business Development at a NASDAQ listed supply chain startup to running his family’s Dairy Queen while he was growing up to Co-Founding a successful healthcare business.

Bob started his professional career as a Sales Rep for Pfizer in New York City, one of the most competitive places in the world, where he turned around a sales territory making it #1. Bob moved up the career ladder starting at the bottom and working his way up to being a successful executive creating new functions and opportunities, leading teams and working with customers and colleagues in over 30 countries.

Having experienced massive change and uncertainty in his job and career and turn it around to find success and meaning, Bob is a credible Change Agent. Bob helped accelerate growth opportunities at Pfizer having created new capabilities to serve new market needs.

Bob’s expertise lies in understanding the customer journey, fresh creative thinking, deep connections and relationships in many industries, strategic thinking, developing partnerships & alliances and most of all – enabling action for teams, leaders and CEOs – encouraging rapid experimentation, rapid assessment, rapid re-tooling, rapid deployment.

Born in poverty in India and growing up in a small town in the U.S., Bob learned the value of hard work by mowing lawns, delivering newspapers and running his family’s Dairy Queen store.
